Reporting to the Sales Office Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales and purchase orders, handling customer enquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with the existing customer base.
This role requires a high level of organisation and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Primary RoleTo act as the first point of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service; to maintain our shared email inboxes and pass any enquiries onto the appropriate account manager; compile KPI reports and Sales reports for the Commercial Director; manage customer complaints by ensuring information is passed to all departments in a quick timeframe, whilst keeping the customer informed of the process.
Hours of WorkFull time 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
You will be expected to research new and existing markets and compile a list of quality leads for our sales team.
