The Business Insights and Analytics Manager is responsible for exploring, enhancing and analysing all available data to influence future initiatives and business strategy.
The role involves partnering with key functions; sales, marketing, finance and medical to develop strategies to optimise operations and commercial performance.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead the development o f insights across all commercial areas, identify the critical commercial business questions that need answering and provide insight, standardised reporting, user expectations, capability, and deeper business analytics to help drive action.
Working with the Sales Director and other senior personnel to raise the profile of 14 Forty the Business Development Director is responsible for new business across the sector driving sales and profitability to meet budgetary targets.
The Business Development Director will proactively seek and identify sales to ensure we maximise all opportunities for new business growth, support national / regional and group bid opportunities in a supportive and conscientious manner.
Managing all steps of the sale' internally and externally confidently and competently from pipeline / CRM management, first appointment to signed contract and hand over to operational team.
