We are looking for a great coordinator who will play a critical administrative role in supporting the claims department by assisting with the surveying process for insurance claims.
You will be responsible for supporting a team of surveyors, ensuring timely and accurate assessments, and liaising with clients, insurance adjusters, and contractors to facilitate smooth and efficient claims processing.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the community clinics and associated health professionals.
Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries, responding to telephone and face to face enquiries in an efficient, tactful and professional manner, redirecting calls, taking action as appropriate.
