Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator, with some relevant experience of working with Surveyors? We are looking for a great coordinator who will play a critical administrative role in supporting the claims department by assisting with the surveying process for insurance claims. You will be responsible for supporting a team of surveyors, ensuring timely and accurate assessments, and liaising with clients, insurance adjusters, and contractors to facilitate smooth and efficient claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the telephone
- Administration of project work
- Allocating tasks and queries arising from case handling
- Coordinating all new surveying instructions
- Proactive management of the mailbox
- Supporting manager with a variety of administration tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in an Administration support role in Surveying/Building Insurance
- Good understanding of claims and principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a commitment to providing empathetic support over the phone
- Demonstrates personal and professional integrity, setting a positive example
- Effective team player with a collaborative approach
- Capable of working accurately under pressure, meeting deadlines, and maintaining service standards
- Adaptable and flexible in approach
