We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Site Services team at a busy site in Greenwich, SE London.

The successful Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to the Operational Excellence Team and Operations Manager arranging program meetings / workshops, writing up of actions and notes, management of data team data bases.

The primary responsibility will be to undertake on-site measured surveys of mainly Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian traditional heritage street properties in order to produce accurate, annotated scaled AutoCAD drawings, elevations, floorplans and sections - as existing and as proposed - required to accompany full plans planning applications and Listed Building Consent applications.
This is in association with an ongoing rolling programme of mainly window replacements.
We need an experienced Site Manager with a background in M&E and Construction to work on a large Hospital refit project (£6 million plus).
You'll be responsible for the safety and security of the site, plus the commissioning work.
