A well-established company within the construction industry is seeking an Accounts Assistant ideally with experience in Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control.
Role and responsibilities
Running debtor reporting.
Raising various orders and forms on the new system, including but not limited to; credit notes, sales invoices and purchase orders.
Entering supplier invoices for project costing and ensuring correct nominal code, VAT treatment, sums and dates.
General
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Accounts Assistant at a very well-established company based in the Dartford area.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records, managing expenses and ensuring the accounting department operates efficiently and effectively.
We're currently looking for a talented PA & Finance Assistant to join our client's team.
