As a Hire Desk Controller, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their equipment hire inquiries and ensuring efficient coordination of equipment deliveries and collections.
Your role will involve managing the hire desk operations, maintaining excellent customer relations, and supporting the overall productivity and efficiency of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information on equipment availability, pricing, and hire terms.
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Controller to join our diverse shared finance centre playing a key role in our daily finance operations.
You will be working alongside a talented, like-minded team for some of Europe's largest frozen food brands including Birdseye, Aunt Bessie, Findus and Goodfella pizzas.
About the role
The role will be a key individual within the Financial Accounting and Reporting team and will assist with the statutory requirements, group reporting requirements along with the running of a smooth month end close.
