General
The successful candidate will be required to work from our head office located in HemelHempstead, you will be the face of the People Team, acting as first point of contact from a HR perspective for the day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
You will be leading a team of specialist Advisors to help offenders progress towards Education, Training, and Employment pre-release.
This is a hybrid role (office and home based) where you will be responsible for overseeing the following sites: HMP Isis, HMP Thameside, HMP Pentonville and HMP Feltham.
