Are you passionate about making a positive impact on individuals' lives and supporting their rehabilitation journey?
You will be leading a team of specialist Advisors to help offenders progress towards Education, Training, and Employment pre-release.
This is a hybrid role (office and home based) where you will be responsible for overseeing the following sites: HMP Isis, HMP Thameside, HMP Pentonville and HMP Feltham.
As a Team Leader, you will also be responsible for overseeing and leading the delivery of the service across all sites mentioned.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with a more relaxed schedule on Fridays, finishing around noon.
Flexibility exists within these hours, typically spanning 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM (M-T) and 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM (F), half-hour unpaid lunch (M-T). OR You can also choose to work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Please note: You must be based within Greater London as you would need to be on sites 2/3 times a week and sometimes from 8am to support with delivery depending on service needs.
Salary Scale:
£32,504 - £35,881(depending on experience)
Who are we looking for?
- Candidates with a background in Employability, Criminal Justice.
- Team Leading, Management, or Supervisory experience.
- Possession of an IAG Level 4 qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with prison experience are especially desirable.
