THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES for the Asset Manager
Negotiating and dealing with tenants' lease events including rent reviews, break clauses and lease expiries.
Familiarity with standard commercial lease terms and ability to fully interpret lease terms from leasing documents.
Management of short and long-term asset management plans, both 5 and 30 years.
Management of team responsible for stock condition surveys and the asset data.
