This newly created Finance Manager will form a key part of the Finance team for a rapidly growing Asset Management firm paying £70,000 to £75,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus. Currently operating on a 3 days a week

Role

This Finance Manager Role will help the Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. This role will work closely with the CFO put in providing support for a growing team. Please find a brief outline of the role below.

  • Ensure adherence to the monthly close timetable for all entities including joint venture operation to ensure accurate financial results are produced in a timely manner.
  • Ensure intercompany balances are reconciling monthly for consolidation elimination purposes.
  • To review existing processes and drive improvements where identified.
  • To capture, consolidate and analyse actual monthly performances of all entities to understand any variances.
  • To drive improvements and alignment in usage of ERP system (SAP B1) to ensure efficiency within the finance function.
  • To assist with the production of country management packs as well as group consolidated management packs to drive clear understanding of the performance of the business.
  • To drive the short-term cash flow forecast process for all countries.
  • To support and ensure all country audits are completed in a timely efficient manner.
  • To support the group audit (under IFRS) process to ensure completion in a timely manner.
  • To ensure that the quarterly forecast and annual budget plans are completed and consolidated in an accurate and timely manner.

Profile

The Finance Manager for this Asset Management Firm is ideally looking for.

  • A Qualified industry Trained Accountant (ACCA, CIMA)
  • Someone who's got at least 4-year exposer in a similar role.
  • Someone who's had good exposer with Systems- Ideally SAP B1
  • Someone who has 2 weeks on less notice.

Salary & Benefits

Salary is bench marked £70,000 to £75,000 on experience. Additionally, there is a Discretionary bonus and the role is currently operating with a 3 day a week
