Overview
I'm currently working with a market leading Automotive company, operating on a global scale, who are looking for a Business Applications Support Lead to join the growing team.
This newly created role will lead the business applications service desk to ensure all SLA's are met effectively, develop and implement policies and procedures that will increase efficiency and enhance customer service across all aspects of the service desk and also participate in ISO audits and maintain ISO standards when required.
As a Software Project Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our product certification, manufacturing output, and support activities!
Dynamic (hybrid) working: typically, 3 to 4 days per week on-site, due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
