The role will entail experience in SuccessFactors MyHub Report Centre, HR data analysis & customer engagement within the UK FDRO (Finance & Data Reporting Office) part of Enterprise Business Services.
FDRO strengthens our clients capability and efficacy of the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data governance, data quality, data engineering and global reporting and analytics.

About the role
Christmas in Boots is our most exciting time of the year, and it can be very busy, so we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to help you be at your best.You will work in a Boots store and report into the Assistant or Store Manager and your role could be to help on the tills, advise our customers, or work in our back shop.
Technical Assistants will be required to use excel, VBA and Power BI to report on various parts of the planning process which will provide business support, insight and assurance to the business staff and leadership.
General

The role will involve providing specialist advice, quick thinking and cross referencing to clear set processes, guidance and systems.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the behind-the-scenes processing service, looking after all web and email-based customer enquiries, such as applications, enquiries, complaints, written correspondence and other back-office activities.
You will move across different processes of the scheme learning new skills and processing different types of customer correspondence.
