We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer on behalf of a well-established housing association based in Merseyside, who are looking for support until the end of October with hourly rates up to £21.96 per hour.
You'll be responsible for delivering a wide range of housing and tenancy management across a designated patch of housing stock in your area, ensuring neighbourhoods are clean, safe and well managed, whilst delivering estate inspections, identifying improvements and investigating breaches of tenancy.
Key responsibilities
Carrying out tenancy management duties such as unauthorised occupation, tenancy fraud, relationship breakdowns and failures to allow access.
Pro-actively engaging with customers and clients to support the completion of sales orders, the candidate should be confident and dynamic in their approach.
We are looking for an ambitious, confident Telesales Executive, with the ability to work alongside a successful sales team, which includes a Sales Director, Regional Account Managers and Sales Order Processors.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the business's plan for future growth.

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Complaints Officer in St. Helens on a temporary contract until December 2024, with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 at home) after initial training is complete.
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of stage 1 and 2 complaints from customers in relation to all service areas across the organisation, ensuring they are handled correctly and in line with the Complaints Policy and Procedure.
Key responsibilities
Liaising with customers to gather all relevant information with regard to their complaint, investigating thoroughly, reviewing records, assessing documents and liaising with colleagues across the business at all levels.
