Job Title: Commercial Sales Executive

Salary: £25-30k depending on experience | Generous bonuses, realistic OTE £45 -£50,000
**Shift Pattern Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday Location: Aintree, Liverpool

My client is looking to expand their sales team following a 10 million pound turn over in the last financial year. They seek a Commercial Sales Executive to join their growing team based in Aintree.

Unlike many other sales roles you have probably considered, there will be no cold calling involved in this passion. Our cutting-edge CRM system generates data directly from our website. Meaning, you'll be contacting customers that have made an initial enquiry, the interest is already there, all you need to do is close the deal!

The successful candidate will be well versed in building report and customer relationships, have an excellent telephony manner and have a proven track record of closing a deal. In a role with a business that has this level of growth, you can truly have all the tools to write your own paycheque. The top biller in the sales team who has just been made the Team Leader was earning more than £2,000.00 per month in commission alone; not including the quarterly team bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Understand our mission and ambitions and work together with the rest of the team to achieve them.
  • Achieve individual and corporate sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Nurturing and servicing new and repeat customers on a daily basis and identifying customers that should require a higher level of service without neglecting smaller customers.
  • Making intelligent decisions about pricing and upholding suitable levels of profitability with each order.
  • Valuing every inbound lead provided and maximising opportunities by leveraging the latest technologies such as LinkedIn invitations, email follow-ups, and video quotations.

Desired skills and experience

  • Minimum 3 years of telesales experience required.
  • A passion for bringing repeat customers on board and servicing them to a high standard.
  • A flair for organisation and ensuring notes and customer orders are added to the system correctly and without errors.
  • A background in selling B2B,
  • Confident phone manner with an impatience to get the next order on the system to hit targets and take your sales to the next level.
