Inside Sales Telesales Executive [Remote - Home based]

Salary: £25k plus uncapped bonus structure OTE: £35K+

Role:

We are looking for an ambitious, confident Telesales Executive, with the ability to work alongside a successful sales team, which includes a Sales Director, Regional Account Managers and Sales Order Processors. The successful candidate will play an important role in the business's plan for future growth. Pro-actively engaging with customers and clients to support the completion of sales orders, the candidate should be confident and dynamic in their approach. You will be tasked with looking for opportunities to re-activate dormant accounts and opening accounts for new customers.

The role requires you to work as part of a team, but also to work independently as you are responsible for building and managing your own client and customer portfolio.

You'll be working in a fast-paced but friendly environment that rewards performance.

Inside Sales Telesales Executive - Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Educate prospects about the values and benefits of our services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Close deals and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

Inside Sales Telesales Executive - Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong cold calling and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and articulate how our service can meet those needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Experience in selling digital services or similar is preferred.
  • Familiarity with retail consumer finance is advantageous.

Primary Location: Home based with the ability to travel to head office [Cheshire] up to 4 times per year.
