Job Title: Legal Administrator Location: Glasgow City Centre Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per year (depending on experience) About Our Client: Our client is a well-established legal organisation based in Glasgow City Centre. They pride themselves on providing exceptional legal services to their clients and are now seeking a dedicated Legal Administrator to join their team. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries Managing incoming and outgoing mail Using the case management system to generate client invoices Processing expenses and ensuring accurate records Managing client payments and maintaining up-to-date business rates Opening legal files and maintaining accurate records Uploading and sending Terms of Business to clients Performing ID checks and compliance processes Assisting in drafting basic lease management and lease variation documents Ordering legal searches and obtaining copies of title deeds To be successful in this role, you should possess the following: Previous experience within an administration based role Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using case management systems (desirable) Attention to detail and accurate data entry Knowledge of legal processes and terminology The following skills and experiences would be advantageous: Experience with drafting legal documents Familiarity with property law processes Knowledge of compliance procedures Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Technologies: Case management systems Microsoft Office Suite How to apply: To apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV.
