We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with ISO standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support across the team.
  • Maintain and update ISO documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting, document preparation, and data management.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong administrative background with a proven track record.
  • Experience working with ISO standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary - from £22,000 up to £26,000
