Location: Aspire Hub, Duke Street, Glasgow. Hybrid working available after successful probation.
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Excellent Benefits.
Contract: Full time, Permanent.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Administrator, who is motivated to work as part of our dynamic team within our Support Hub, providing essential administrative support to the HR and recruitment function across the company.

This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who is keen to grow and develop in human resources and recruitment.

About the HR Administrator Role:

As an HR Administrator, you will ensure that recruitment and employment processes run smoothly by delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely administrative support.

You will be working closely with our HR Manager and managers across Aspire to assist with all areas of HR Administration.

As our HR Administrator you will be specifically responsible for:

  • Managing onboarding processes, training, and employment paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update our HR database.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and adverts, ensuring they are relevant and up-to-date.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Support Hub, including organising meetings, managing the room diary, and liaising with internal teams.
  • Support the coordination of recruitment events, including fairs and interviews.
  • Process HR records such as absences, amendments, and leavers, ensuring all documentation is tracked and recorded accurately.
  • Ensure all calls and enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong administrative experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
  • A methodical and organised approach to tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Pleasant telephone manner and strong customer service focus
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
