The role will vary from a broad range of routine administrative and office tasks, providing administrative assistance to various managers, all the way through to assisting centre staff during Centre events, or when incidents occur.Key ResponsibilitiesExamples of tasks include: processing Centre statistics to a high standard of accuracy raising and receipting purchase orders dealing with and resolving invoice queries assisting with utilities invoices and queries carrying out cash reconciliation, producing weekly reports receiving and hosting visitors daily management of the contractor tracking system and so on.
