Are you a highly organised and enthusiastic individual looking for a opportunity to work in the education sector? Look no further! Our client, a leading educational institution, is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team.

Temporary role for 3 months initially.

Full time hours. Monday-Friday 8:45AM-5:00PM. Fully office based.

Rate from £12.27PH

What will you be doing?

  • Managing administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, filing documents, and organising schedules.
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • To engage and work collaboratively with other Faculty Hubs, School teams, and a range of stakeholders
  • To assist with compliance and evaluation processes for monitoring, recording and reporting the quality assurance of placements provision are implemented and adhered to in accordance with university, placement provider, and PSRB requirements.
  • Prepare and update key business documentation, including presentations and other materials, to a clear brief using established formats and standard software
  • Run and present standard reports to support effective department/School/University information processes.
  • Prepare straightforward analysis/manipulation of information and data as required, or share with others for them to incorporate into their own work.
  • Apply standard professional and recognised regulatory procedures to process, check and reconcile anomalies within data and information sets.
  • Provide service and support for networks, committees and meetings, to draft and distribute documents and communications in standard professional formats.
  • Make venue, catering, travel and/or equipment arrangements for events, meetings and conference activities.

  • Someone who possesses exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • A confident communicator who can build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • An individual who takes initiative and can work independently, as well as collaboratively
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
