We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts Administrator to join our client's team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the organisation's accounting processes. Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and providing prompt and professional assistance to callers.
Handling service calls and addressing customer inquiries or issues efficiently.
Receiving and processing orders via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely entry.
Managing filing systems to ensure proper organisation and easy retrieval of documents.
Entering purchase orders (POs) into the system accurately to facilitate efficient procurement.
Assisting with credit control tasks, including monitoring and chasing pending payments.
Inputting orders into the system promptly and accurately to enable smooth order fulfilment.
Proficiently utilising Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, for data management and report generation.
Delivering exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Thriving in a proactive work environment, taking initiative to identify and address potential challenges before they arise.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar accounting support role.
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy work environment.
A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
