Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service and Administration Assistant to join their growing team.
This role involves managing customer queries, processing orders, and handling various administrative tasks via online portals and CRM systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service across our mobiles, broadband, phone systems, energy services, and merchant services departments.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the community clinics and associated health professionals.
Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries, responding to telephone and face to face enquiries in an efficient, tactful and professional manner, redirecting calls, taking action as appropriate.
