Due to a long term absence, our client is currently hiring for an experienced temporary adminstrator to provide support to logistics team in terms of administration tasks.
Key Duties include
Provide support within the Logistics Team located at Neachells Lane.
We are working on behalf of our esteemed client who is seeking to recruit a skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to them on an immediate start temporary basis.
You will be responsible for providing high level administration support to the Wellbeing Officers.
You will accurately update trackers/Excel spreadsheets with data, respond to email queries, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting packs and some adhoc minute taking.

- Review all paper personnel records, compare these records to information held electronically and destroy any duplicate records.
- Scan any information that needs to be retained into the relevant electronic filing system.
