SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in Birmingham City Centre, who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis for 12 weeks.
Pay rate:
Working pattern: full time, hybrid
Responsibilities will include:
- Review all paper personnel records, compare these records to information held electronically and destroy any duplicate records
- Scan any information that needs to be retained into the relevant electronic filing system
- Commence a review of aged electronic personnel records to identify any records that have passed their retention period and can be deleted from the system
This role will entail reviewing paper files and comparing these with electronic files to identify:
- Duplicate records
- Records past their retention period
- Records to be retained and scanned
