Due to a long term absence, our client is currently hiring for an experienced temporary adminstrator to provide support to logistics team in terms of administration tasks.
Key Duties include:
- Provide support within the Logistics Team located at Neachells Lane.
- Scan documents (PoD, CoA, MSDS, etc...)
- Good inwards confirmations
- Dispatch confirmations
- Obtaining transport quotations
- Check status of direct deliveries
- Update ETAs for shipments
- Update relevant information in the system
If you have experience of logistics administration or working within distribution this would be an advantage however flexibility, good communication skills and an excellent team player with good admin skills will be considered also. Must have a good wokring knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.
