As the primary clerical support resource for internal and external customers, the Case Administrator will undertake time critical administration tasks to support the progression of claimant referrals through the Personal Independence Payment (PIP)/ Workplace Capability Assessment (WCA) and Specialist Benefits (SB) assessment process, contributing to the achievement of volume, quality and service target performance levels.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, managing office supplies and equipment, booking meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and documents, and maintaining records and databases.
You will also be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and provide them with excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support, playing a critical role in undertaking routine administrative tasks to support the wider team including EAs, trainees and, in some instances, newly qualified lawyers.
