The International Study Centre needs an experienced and accomplished Student Experience Support Officer Student Data & Enhancement.
This is a fast-paced environment and the successful applicant will have proven customer service skills and previous experience of working with international students, possess excellent IT, communication and organisational skills.
The position involves overseeing the service's operations and preparing the work for the service team to execute.
This role is equivalent to a Head of Assets, Strategy, or Sustainability in other organizations and could also be advertised as a Strategy and Performance Manager.
Therefore, project management experience is crucial.
