Order Administrator
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £25k - £28k p/a
Hours: Full-time, Office-based

Our client, a long-standing service company, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Order Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in purchasing and order processing who excels in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales and purchase orders efficiently and accurately
- Manage licensing and dispatch in a timely manner
- Chase outstanding goods using various communication channels
- Ensure all deliveries are processed according to procedures
- Monitor stock levels to optimise usage
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to minimise costs and maximise efficiency
- Facilitate daily communication between administrators and the sales team
- Handle stores administration and stock taking
- Update contracts for new services
- Process sales invoices
- Support finance administration as needed
Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing and ordering
- Accounts knowledge or awareness
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in stock management and stores administration
- Proficient in Excel (including hyperlinks)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft applications
