Due to our clients' expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for client queries with regards to pensions, investments and protection as well as liaising with product providers covering all aspects within the general office administration to ensure a first-class service is provided to internal and external parties.

This is an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join a company based in Cambridge on a 12-month FTC contract (however there is a strong possibility that this could become a permanent for the right candidate, as the business is growing).
Although the role is titled customer service, the duties are not particularly customer facing and are much more administrative focused, so good admin skills and numeracy are important, as is strong Excel knowledge.
