Your Role:
As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch. Your key responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Assist the Customer Service Officer with administrative tasks, including organising hotels, transport, and events for both UK and EU requirements.
Efficient Operations Management: Collaborate with the Business Support team to manage branch purchasing, sales orders, and credit control. You'll also provide essential holiday and sickness cover for customer services team.
Customer Administration: Support Key Account Managers with various customer administration tasks, ensuring a high level of service.
Reception Duties: Welcome and manage external visitors, ensuring a professional and positive first impression. Additionally, you'll handle and manage incoming calls efficiently.
What You'll Bring:
Office Experience: Previous experience in an office setting, ideally with exposure to Customer Services.
Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
Pro activity: A proven ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Customer Service Insight: An understanding of customer service principles.
