They currently have a rare opportunity to join their accounts payable team on a permanent basis and the role will suit someone who as the beginning of the finance career, perhaps even a graduate who is looking to be part of a company that recognises achievement.
The role will be busy and preferably fully site-based but there is scope for one day a week once you have got to grips with the role. Duties will include;
- Saving and registering invoices and matching against POs or submitting for invoice authorisation
- Liaising with and setting up new supplier accounts
- Managing Concur expense tool
- Arranging the weekly supplier payment run across a range of currencies
- Management of the finance team's ticket based helpdesk for Supplier queries & statements
The successful candidate will have proven experience of Accounts Payable and will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills are very important as you will be interacting with people across the business.
