Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary. Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and documents. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Manage and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Collaborate with various departments to support overall office operations. Requirements: Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
