Administrator & Document Control Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual? Our client, a reputable organisation based in Loughton, is seeking an Administrator & Document Control Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential support to various functions within the organisation and assist with document control responsibilities. If you pride yourself on accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, then this opportunity might be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to various office functions.
  • Aid in the scanning, renaming, and filing of important documents such as induction forms and project folders.
  • Assist with document control by downloading and uploading files using electronic document management systems.
  • Support drawing updates by filing and organising hard copies for on-site use and revising office folders.
  • Help in printing and preparing RAMS folders and coordinating online site pre-inductions.
  • Collaborate with the team on tender enquiries.
  • Assist with O&M manuals, log updates, and maintaining various records.
  • Organise and maintain the cleanliness of the archive room.
  • Collate and submit the annual award submission.
  • Contribute to website maintenance and updates.
  • Take charge of social media updates to enhance the organisation's online presence.
  • Coordinate and organise site photography, as well as store and manage images.
  • Support the creation of project case studies.

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organised and capable of meeting deadlines while being adaptable in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a polite and helpful demeanour.
