This role will be split between managing a small administration/customer support team and office management.
Typical duties may include
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations to ensure that sales processes are smooth and streamlined, customer communication is prompt with customer service levels maintained, and KPI's are achieved.
A skilled Office Administration Manager with at least 2-3 years of experience is needed to join the team at a Data Analytics Consultancy based in Oxford on a full-time basis.
Their custom solutions ensure that their clients' data is secure, well-managed, and usable.
They provide expert advice and solutions to businesses and organisations, by leveraging data analysis, statistical modelling, and other analytical techniques (BI, Risk Management, etc.).
As Administrator you will be joining an established and growing catalogue and web-based brand, located just outside Oxford.
The role is full time and permanent.
