In this office-based role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day admin processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is best suited to a junior administrator or recent graduate with 6-12 months experience, looking for a position which offers potential for growth.
Initially on a temporary contract, Monday to Friday, with potential to turn permanent.
Duties include:
- Handling daily administrative tasks including data entry and inbox management
- Supporting the team with documentation and file management
- Managing office supplies and handling correspondence
- Answering the phone, dealing with enquires and directing calls
You will need:
- Strong organisational skills
- 6-12 months admin experience
- Good eye for detail and excellent time-keeping skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly
This position is available to start immediately. You will need access to your own vehicle due to the location of the office.
