People2people are hiring an experienced Administrator to join a vibrant Oxford-based team on a 12 month Fixed Term contract basis. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving as the main contact for office and employee support needs.
- Front-desk management, including welcoming visitors and handling phone inquiries.
- Overseeing office supplies and studio purchasing needs.
- Providing administrative support, such as organising travel, managing files, controlling documents, and uploading files to the client portal.
- Assisting project leads with resource and financial management by updating internal systems.
- Overseeing facilities and assisting with office procedures.
- Scheduling and organising meeting spaces.
- Conducting new employee inductions and delivering health & safety information.
Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong numerical skills and prior experience in office administration.
- Able to adapt and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a professional attitude.
- Strong communication and detail-oriented approach.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Team player with a desire to grow and develop.
Key Information:
- 12 month Fixed Term Contract
- Hybrid working (4 days required in the office per week)
