The Role

Our lovely and well-established client in the City is looking for a Junior PA/Office Administrator & Receptionist to work with and support their two PAs and Admin Team in a lively and very sociable office close to St Paul's.
The role will be varied and include - welcoming clients/visitors, general administration - filing, photocopying, expenses, stationery, monitoring emails, payment of subscriptions and liaising with contractors for all office maintenance, distribution of post, management of meeting rooms to include the set up and serving refreshments, ensuring the office is running efficiently.
You will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home and the hours are 9-5.30.
