We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role may suit a Graduate who is looking for their first role out of Uni.
This role is Hybrid - 2 days home and 3 days office ( after training )
Responsibilities
Perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing
Working alongside an EA and assisting with all PA / EA duties
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain office organisation and tidiness
- Utilise Google Suite for various administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Proficient in typing and office procedures

- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
