The role
You will process orders, supplier invoices, credit notes and other account related queries such as delivery queries and returns via email and over the phone.
You'll work with Customers, Suppliers, internal colleagues, and 3rd party supplier such as delivery companies to investigate queries and implement efficient solutions to deliver the best possible service to our Customers.
