Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of an established textiles manufacture based in Bradford. Due to growth within the business out client are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their friendly team on a permanent basis.

The role involves interpreting customer requirements to create accurate estimates for various drapes, ensuring timely completion and follow-ups, and undertaking administrative tasks. This position offers a chance to work with a leading manufacturer of bespoke Stage Curtains, supplying to a diverse clientele.

Day to day of the role:

  • Interpret customer requirements from verbal/written information and drawings to produce accurate quotes for a variety of projects
  • Ensure estimates are completed promptly and clients are updated as necessary
  • Follow up on past estimates and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
  • Perform administrative tasks including answering telephones, replying to emails, and processing drapes purchase orders
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products/services to advise and make suitable recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Computer literacy with good typing skills (desirable)
  • Grades A-C in Maths and English (desirable)
  • Good telephone manner and work ethic, taking pride in your work
  • Highly organised with a flexible approach and friendly personality
  • Punctual and with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work
  • Experience with SAP Business One would be a bonus but not essential
