Handle are delighted to be working with a record and vinyl distributor in their search for an accounts assistant We are seeking a consciences and enthusiastic Bookkeeper/ Administrator to work from their Pinner office reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The role will include day to day bookkeeping duties (as below) together with general administration tasks.
Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be preferred together with a love of music, although this is not essential.
Managing a busy helpdesk and handing incoming calls from clients requiring maintenance support.

This role would suit a capable and organised Helpdesk Administrator with lots of verve and enthusiasm who is happy working in a team environment and contributing to the overall success of projects undertaken.
