Accounts Administrator

A good all-round finance person is required to join this small, very successful organisation as an Accounts Administrator.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all-round assistance to Senior Accounts Assistant
- Inputting supplier invoices on the computer system in preparation for payment
- Reconciling supplier statements and preparing weekly payment reports
- Collating weekly timesheets for staff and checking calculations are correct
- Assisting with the preparation of weekly and monthly staff payroll
- Reconciling daily receipts and preparing banking reports and documentation
