Accounts Assistant

£33,000 + Pension + Parking
If accounts payable is your forte then this role as an Accounts Assistant will be right up your street.
Some of your duties will include:
- Maintaining the purchase ledger function ensuring the timely payment of supplier accounts
- Checking supplier invoices received and matching invoices with purchase orders
- Managing any invoice queries that arise and ensuring all issues are resolved
- Allocating nominal codes to invoices and forwarding to line Manager for payment approval
- Reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly payment runs
- Assisting with completing bank reconciliations and identifying payments processed
