Role Overview We are looking for someone with Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience to join our team. This is a 360 sales role, focusing primarily on warm leads, with minimal cold calling. Key Responsibilities Sales and Account Management: Engage with companies that have sent in enquiries. Follow up on quotations sent to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Customer Interaction: Confirm delivery dates and ensure customers are informed throughout the process. Handle any customer queries and provide timely updates. Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Market Analysis: Report back to management on market pricing and trends. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Proven sales and account management experience is required. Previous experience in the building materials industry is highly advantageous but not a must have. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
