Being an Activities Coordinator is so much more than just organising programmes.
Working 37.5 hours a week, you will join the team at Thornford Park where you will create an activity-based culture, which will see you use technical and creative skills to assist in developing, delivering and coordinating programmes focused on social, recreational and leisure activities.
Assisting in designing and developing new channels of learning and resources with the aim to improve the time to competency targets and retention to enable our staff to complete our mission, whilst also improving retention through engagement and development opportunities.
AWE is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join the Trials, Experiments & Technology Development group to support the delivery of the technical training.
You will assist the subject matter expert and Training Manager with training requirements for the delivery teams.
