Risk & Compliance Administrator

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Compliance manager, your main responsibilities will be monitoring transactions for potentially suspicious activity, assisting with preparing monthly and quarterly papers, dealing with Risk and Compliance mailbox enquiries, and assisting both teams with ensuring all actions are completed within the set target dates.

Essential skills and experience

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven communication skills with stakeholders via email and telephone
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to identify anomalies in data

Desirable skills and experience

  • Understanding of Financial crime

In return there is a competitive salary on offer which will be dependent on your experience, as well as joining a business committed to your personal development. You will be required to be onsite a minimum of 2 days a week (sometimes more, particularly during probation when learning the business) and so do need to live within commutable distance of Newbury.
