Working for a large company this role is to assist the temporary division to assist with the administration of Bookings.
This position required a person who has previous administration experience, excellent attention to detail, used to high volume of data input.
We have the pleasure of assisting our highly valued client for a Booking Administrator for a 3-month fixed term contract 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
My client is a logistics business based in Coventry; due to business growth they are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
The role
Providing administrative support to the senior management team.
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
You will be responsible for managing the audit team, ensuring the deployment of appropriate staff levels for each assignment and reviewing their work.
As the Audit Manager you will work directly with partners and be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients from a broad range of industry sectors, the role is a mix of Audit (75%) and Accounts review (25%).
