About the role

Administration is a really important part of ensuring that the client experience is correct. Excellent customer service is always expected to ensure that we provide value to our clients.

The primary focus of this role will be effective and timely completion of various administrative tasks, including the following key areas:

  • Dealing with any queries and requests including post, phone and emails
  • Involved in varying administrative aspects, including general office support.
  • Focus on delivery of excellent customer service to ensure that the Company is highly valued by our clients.
  • Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of any processing.
  • Recognise the importance of working together as a team to maximise team, department and Company results.

We work in the office full time -

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm
Friday - 8.30am - 1.30pm.

However we are open to those that would like to work reduced hours or part time hours - please just pop it in your covering letter.

Specialist Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Have a minimum of three year's experience in administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft 365, internet based providers.
  • Ability to prioritise work and direct others to ensure work is completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Ability to work well under pressure, and to tight deadlines.

Desirable:

  • We would love to hear from experienced administrators - if you do have some knowledge or experience of pensions and employee benefits that would be great but please don't let it stop you applying.
