Your role will be key in ensuring smooth back-office operations, from managing invoicing to coordinating term dates and overseeing child placements. **Key Responsibilities

  • Issuing Invoices: You'll be in charge of handling the invoicing process, making sure everything is accurate and on time.
  • Managing Funded Term Dates: Stay on top of and update funded term dates for the upcoming academic year to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Availability Management: Help maintain up-to-date records on child placements, including term-time and non-funded slots.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure all records are meticulously organized, supporting both management and the team with all necessary paperwork.
  • General Administrative Support: You'll also provide vital assistance with other back-office tasks, handling queries, maintaining paperwork, and ensuring confidentiality at all times.

**Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in education or childcare settings is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of invoicing and funding processes is advantageous
